To close your phwim account, email [email protected] with the subject line "Account Closure Request." Before closure, ensure you have withdrawn any remaining balance. phwim supports the most popular Filipino payment methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and major Philippine bank transfers including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted. phwim does not accept credit card deposits or cryptocurrency of any kind.

GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited to your phwim account instantly or within a few minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on your bank's processing time. If your deposit hasn't reflected after 3 hours, contact phwim support with your transaction reference number.

The minimum deposit at phwim is ₱100 for GCash and Maya. For bank transfers, the minimum is ₱500 due to bank processing fees. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though high-value deposits may trigger additional verification under phwim's AML compliance procedures.

phwim does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider (GCash, Maya, or your bank) may apply their own transaction fees. phwim recommends checking with your payment provider for their current fee schedule. The amount credited to your phwim account will be the net amount received after any provider fees.

Deposits can be declined for several reasons: insufficient funds in your GCash or bank account; your account has not yet completed KYC verification; you have reached your self-imposed deposit limit; or your payment provider has flagged the transaction. If none of these apply, contact phwim support at [email protected] with your transaction details for investigation.

Log in to your phwim account and go to Wallet → Withdraw. Select your preferred withdrawal method (GCash, Maya, or bank transfer), enter the amount, and confirm. Withdrawals can only be sent to accounts registered in your name — phwim does not allow third-party withdrawals. Your KYC verification must be complete before your first withdrawal is processed.

GCash and Maya: Typically processed within 1–3 hours during business hours (8am–10pm PHT). Bank transfers: Usually completed within 1–3 business days depending on your bank. The minimum withdrawal at phwim is ₱200 for GCash and Maya, and ₱500 for bank transfers. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for standard verified accounts, though large withdrawals may be subject to additional identity verification as part of phwim's AML compliance obligations.

Common reasons for withdrawal delays include: pending KYC verification; active bonus wagering requirements not yet met; the withdrawal amount triggering an AML review; or high withdrawal volumes during peak periods. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 24 hours without explanation, contact phwim support at [email protected] with your withdrawal reference number.

Withdrawal requests that are still in Pending status can be cancelled from your phwim Wallet page.
